Table Mountain Bike & Abseil
Step off Cape Town's magnificent Table Mountain and repel yourself from a 1000 meters above sea level into pure oblivion as you indulge in the worlds highest commercial abseil (112m) surrounded by the privilege of awesome views and the deep blue Atlantic at your feet. No climbing experience is necessary to enjoy this humbling abseil.
After this mind-blowing experience of adrenaline & achievement, an expert mountain bike instructor will meet you at the Base Cable Station and lead you to the off-road trails for further exploration of Table Mountain by mountain bike. Anybody can handle this ride; the only prerequisite is that you have ridden a bike before. Just leave the rest to the instructor who is always ready to demonstrate & give valuable advice on bike handling skills. Enjoy spectacular views of natural landmarks in & around the 'Mother City'. 90% of the ride is downhill with 10% uphill, so either take a relaxing ride absorbing everything Table Mountain has to offer or challenge yourself against the terrain. Halfway along the ride there is also the opportunity to cool off and take a swim in a crystal clear rock pool on the slopes of Table Mountain (summer months only). The final descent is down Devils Peak. This last downhill section has captured many hearts into the mountain biking world.

Cape Point & Winelands Biking
A leisurely tour through the spectacular setting of the Cape Point Nature Reserve with the option to ride a bike or sit in the tour bus. This unique mode of transport will allow close sightings of ostriches, antelope, baboons and mountain zebra.
The nature reserve has spectacular coastal views, beautiful indigenous flora, over 1100 different species of Fynbos and a 300 - 500 meter cliff view from the most southerly tip of the Cape Peninsula. This is a natural environment that should not to be missed.
The drive to Cape Point is one of the most scenic in the world, with some fantastic views of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans, not to mention the indigenous Fynbos. Once at the Nature Reserve the bicycles are unloaded. The best bikes in town are used, each of the high performance Trek's or Gary Fisher's come with front suspension as standard. Cycling through this area it is an awe inspiring experience, smell the unique scent of the Protea, get close to the indigenous animals, feel the sea breeze in your face, and truly feel alive!
After the optional easy leisurely ride we have lunch on the beach at Cape Point and take in the vistas. Its moments like these that have made Cape Town one of the world's most popular tourist destinations.
After lunch we pack up and head for the Constantia winelands. Constantia is home to some of the Cape's finest vineyards. Try out the selection of reds, whites and desert wines. We visit two of the top South African wine farms - Constantia Uitsig and Groot Constantia. Find out why South Africa is hailed as one of the finest wine producing countries in the world.
This combination allows our clients to experience two of the biggest attractions in Cape Town on the same day. It is however in no way rushed. Spend a day with us and take home an experience that will last a lifetime.
The day is normally structured as follows:
10am --depart from Cape Town
10:45 --Visit the African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach
11:15--Enter the Cape Of Good Hope Nature Reserve
11:20 --Cycle through the reserve along a choice of beautiful routes taking in the flora, fauna & coastal views. Depending on the wishes and fitness of the clients the route is between 10-20Km of relatively easy cycling.
12:00 --Enjoy a walk up to the Site of the original lighthouse at Cape Point or take the Flying Dutchman funicular.
13:00 --You have the option of taking a 40 minute walk along the Clifftop route from Cape Point to the Cape of Good Hope.
13:40-- Enjoy another cycle along the coast and across the peninsular to a deserted beach for lunch
14:30-- Leave the Nature Reserve
15:00 --Wine tasting at Constantia Uitsig wine farm
15:30 --Depending on the time available there is the option of another short ride through the wine region
16:00-- Wine tasting at Groot Constantia, South Africa's oldest wine farm
16:45-- Leave for Cape Town
17:15 --Arrive back at your accommodation.
Sea Kayaking
Sea kayaking is about exploring the coast and experiencing marine life from a small, yet safe and stable craft. The most popular trip from Mouille Point offers relaxed paddling with spectacular views of Signal Hill, Lions Head and Table Mountain. There is always the chance that seals, penguins, dolphins and even the odd whale will visit you en-route.
Tour starts approximately 9am and finishes at about midday.

Hiking & Trekking on the Table Mountain Range
Hike up Table Mountain either via Platteklip Gorge or Skeleton Gorge through the beautiful Kirstenbosh Botanical Gardens. Both require a reasonable level of fitness and make sure you bring plenty of water, a waterproof Jacket and a camera for the incredible views. Why take the 'softie' route (cable car), up to the top when there is a fabulous and diverse mountain range to be explored up close and personal! Departs at 9am and half day tour finishes at 1pm, full day tour finishes at about 4pm.
Sand board & Tandem Skydive
Three quarter day Sand boarding where expert guides will make sure that you become proficient in the art of Sand boarding. Sand boarding is an addictive adrenaline sport that is taking the world by storm. The best part about Sand boarding is that it is easy to learn and accessible to the absolute beginner. You are taken to the largest dunes in the Cape, with our expert instructors teaching riders the proper technique to ensure safety & ease of learning.
After mastering the basics of Sand boarding under the African sun, everyone will then get rid of the sand and have one of the most thrilling experiences in the world. Find out why Tandem Skydiving is hailed as the ultimate adrenaline sport. Jumping out of a plane at 10 000 feet and free falling for 25 - 30 seconds at 200 km per hour will absolutely blow you away! This much adrenaline should be illegal! This is combined with one of the most stunning aerial views of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Robben Island on a 4 - 5 minute parachute ride back to earth. No experience is needed, the only criteria that must be adhered to is that jumpers must weigh less than 105 kg.
